Tania Themmen - Founder

Producer, recording artist and opera singer, Tania Themmen is in high demand as producer and casting director due to her global experience and talents both on and off camera. Her passion for the entertainment industry and in the promoting of public diplomacy through media and the arts, has afforded her the opportunities to work with award winning producers and directors. Ms. Themmen works closely with Visonairemedia, a company acclaimed for it's many documentaries dealing with world political and religious issues in order to foster better understanding between worlds. Productions Ms. Themmen has worked with can be seen on WEtv, MBC and The Sundance Channel.

Also a seasoned performer, Tania Themmen has sung internationally with orchestras in Italy and China as well as Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Indianapolis, and San Juan Capistrano. She has recorded on the albums of Grammy winner "Evanescene" and "Danzig" and for Emmy winning conductors Roger Neil and Ben Dector. Ms. Themmen's national TV appearances include NBC's "Barklay's bank", WGBH's "Soundings", and The Travel Channel's "Taste of America".

Tania Themmen earned her Bachelors and Masters of Music from Manhattan School of Music as well as studies at Oberlin College and Indiana University.



Debra Friedman Knudsen

Debra Friedman Knudsen - Founder

Hailed by The Washington Post as "an impressive voice", Debra Friedman Knudsen is no stranger to the operatic stage. Ms. Knudsen has sung with opera houses and symphony orchestras in the United States and throughout Europe as well as made numerous television apperances.

Winner and Finalist of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, Belvedere International Competition (Vienna), Meistersinger Vocal Competition (Graz) and recipient of study grants from the Metropolitan Opera, has enabled Ms. Knudsen to work with some of the best in the field.

Debra has worked at the Norwegian National Opera for the past 12 years. In addition to performing in main stage productions, she represented the artistic staff on a board consisting of the opera's management and marketing department to re-create the opera and ballet's national and international image in connection with the opening of their new performing arts arena in Oslo, Norway in 2008. Debra has sat on audition panels, taught voice, as well as directed numerous Junior and High school stage productions and choirs.

Currently, Debra works with publicity, marketing, educational/outreach strategies and emerging media opportunities to further establish performing artists' careers. Ms. Knudsen received her Bachelor of Music in Voice and Master Studies in Opera Direction from Indiana University. She has participated in the Merola Opera Program at the San Fransico Opera, the Mozarteum and AIMS in Austria, and the Ezio Pinza Council for American Singers of Opera in Italy.



Allegra

Allegra Themmen-Pigott - Director of Educational and Therapeutic Services

Allegra Themmen-Pigott, BM, MA, LPC, MT-BC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Music Therapist with a Bachelor of Music from the Manhattan School of Music and a Masters of Arts in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University.

Ms. Themmen-Pigott began her performance career singing opera nationally and internationally. She later establishing herself as a Music Therapist and Counselor working at Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services with children and adults with Mental Illness and Heartsong, a non-fee music and art therapy program for people with Special Needs. Ms. Themmen-Pigott has lectured at St. Thomas Aquanas College, Barnes and Noble, Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services and the American Music Therapy Association.

Most recently, she has been teaching voice, performing recitals as well as giving lectures and workshops to singers to minimize their stage anxiety and to increase their self-confidence and self-esteem.
