WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A GREAT OPERA SINGER? THE ANSWER IS A COMBINATION OF MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND VOICE.

The truth be told, opera singers can no longer just "Open their mouths and sing beautifully!" They must be strong in mind, body, spirit and voice to ever meet the demands of an operatic career today.

Opera Jam webinars and podcasts are developed to educate the singer in how to use a holistic approach to not only sing, but to feel the best that they possibly can while singing. We look at Stress Management techniques, diet, mental and emotional needs, perfectionism, positive attitude, competition, physical and mental debilitations, various opinions and managing everyday logistics. Drawing from the experts, we utilize a combination of Eastern and Western philosophies to develop a holistic approach to singing.

The question is always: "What does it take to become a great opera singer?"

We have to use our greatest mental capacity and have the strongest physical control of our muscles, diaphram and breath. Not only must we master our vocal technique, many languages, opera roles, and musical genres, but much more.

In today's active society, the demands on opera singers are even greater than ever before. We may have to learn multiple roles at the same time, travel world-wide, juggle domestic challenges as well as maintain our health and public image in order to reach our career goals. Singers have to be healthy emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually in order to maintain the strength that they need to sing.

Our goal is to give you the education and support you need to address any issues that you may have so that you can feel confident that your mind, body, spirit and VOICE are in tip top shape.
